Get In Where You Fit In

SSS tonight at 9 p.m. MST. Haven’t organized the show yet but this Les Rallizes track that just ended on my stereo just lit the freakin’ house on fire. I think it’s going to make tonight’s cut. Not sure what else except for the usual 11 o’clock call to arms. Any ideas or suggestions can be left in the comments. I’ll see what I can do.

Until tonight…..Hail and Kill!

Purging Trilogy

Just received the latest Ocrilim offering from Mr. Mick Barr (best known as the kick ass guitarist in Krallice). Three albums forming a trilogy. Ixoltion, Sacreth and Hymns. Did a quick scan and each one is different. I’m going to rock the shit out of these tomorrow. Pick up one of these handmade CDR sets from Mick at the Ocrilim myspace if you want one. Info is in the blog. He’s only making them until he gets bored and moves on to something else so don’t hesitate.

The Alpha and Omega

A gangsta rap classic that most people don’t know shit about.

These dudes from Chicago killed it on this album. They were compared to Bone Thugs at the time because of the quick vocal delivery. The two groups had a short beef but Bone went on to more success while Do or Die never crossed over.

Ominous sounding with hooks handled by Rap-A-Lot label buddy Johnny P, the record is solid from beginning to end.

I may have posted some Do or Die in the past but this album is deserving of more attention.

I Put A Spell On You

5 LP Picture Disc box set of the early Deathspell stuff coming to the U.S. in February. Hells Headbangers will have this in stock.

The Winds of Change

So the Scorpions are leaving us after a new album and a monster tour.

My favorite stuff is Lonesome Crow, Fly to the Rainbow, Virgin Killer and In Trance. Here’s some video put to “Fly to the Rainbow”. No idea what the video is all about. It was the only album track version of the song that I found on the tube. The song kicks ass.

Devil Take Me

Nice work by the Beatmaster for bringing this one back to my attention.

Here’s Ralph Malph as devil rocker Moloch who needs a little protection from officers Poncharello and Nelson after the gig.
