If You’re Not Into Metal, You Are Not My Friend.

Finally picked up the 2 CD version of Manowar’s “Thunder In the Sky E.P.”
I’m really stoked to hear the upcoming album this E.P previews. “Thunder In the Sky” is much stronger than the majority of “Gods of War”. Which is probably my least favorite Manowar album. The material closely resembles the “Warriors of the World” album which means it’s pretty bad ass. “Thunder” has a sweet ballad–”Father”– and some straightforward Manowar rockers. A live “Crown and the Ring” with a choir is the only old track. It’s a killer version. The second disc has Eric Adams proving to everyone that he fluently speaks every language known to man by taking on something like 17 versions of the song “Father”.
Totally sweet!
